Another Acorn piece......

Happy Monday to everyone. I love doing my art work in several different mediums, but, I love pencil . I like to be able to make all the different shades and contrasts. Continuing my acorn theme for one more day, here is a picture I did with a sort of Zentangle effect.

One of my favorite things is acorns. I collect them, cross stitch them, draw them and love them.
For me they symbolize growth and how it can come out of just tiny thought or idea.
Some of my best artwork has evolved this way.
Here are just a couple of my acorn creations.

This is the first entry of my blog. I am a new member of the world of "blogs". I love art, music, needlework and want to share that love with others who wish to follow along with me.
